Linkon Cure - DNP against Army Cure (knee) was held out of Saturday's matchup against Army.
Impact Cure was previously thought to be probable for Saturday's contest after being seen warming up in pregame, but was once again absent once the game started. The 6-foot-5 freshman has been working his way through a knee injury suffered in the offseason and is clearly still feeling the negative effects. His next chance to return will come against Kansas State on Friday.

Noah Short - 61 yards rushing in win Short posted 10 rushes for 61 yards and caught two of three targets for 15 yards during Saturday's 24-21 victory against Kansas State.
Impact After over 100 all-purpose yards in the season opener, Short posted another quality performance Saturday. The senior didn't play as much of a role in the passing game, but had a better game on the ground, leading the team in yards and carries outside of quarterback Cale Hellums.

Cale Hellums - Three total touchdowns in upset win Hellums completed seven of 11 passes for 43 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-21 win over Kansas State. He also had 41 rushes for 124 yards with two touchdowns.
Impact Hellums made use of his opportunity this week, with week 1 starter Dewayne Coleman not playing due to injury. The junior led the Black Knights to an upset win, recording his first 100-yard performance of his career. Army now knows they have a quality option in Hellums if Coleman is out for extended time.

Jayce Brown - Five targets in losing effort Brown logged three receptions (on five targets) for 29 yards during Saturday's 24-21 defeat to Army.
Impact Brown has at least five targets in all three games this year. With Kansas State struggling on the defensive end, it's likely that Brown has a career year in 2025. It's worth noting that Jaron Tibbs is also a dangerous weapon in this offense as he has recorded touchdowns in back-to-back games. Look for both Brown and Tibbs to be busy against Arizona on Friday Night.

Jaron Tibbs - Nabs TD in back-to-back weeks Tibbs logged five receptions (on six targets) for 61 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-21 defeat versus Army.
Impact Tibbs has recorded touchdowns in back-to-back performances for the Wildcats. He accounted for the only offensive touchdown for Kansas State against Army. With Kansas State's defense struggling mightily during the first three games of the season, it's likely Tibbs continues to see significant targets. They'll play at Arizona on Friday Night next week.
