Dequan Finn - Entering transfer portal Finn (undisclosed) has entered the transfer portal, Matt Zenitz of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Finn redshirted in 2019 and also missed considerable time due to injuries in 2024, so he applied for a hardship waiver. Now, he'll look for a new program to play for in 2025. Finn opened the year as Baylor's starter but was limited to three games due to injury, so he'll hope to stay healthy and play in a starting role elsewhere next season. He was the 2023 MAC MVP at Toledo.

Impact Finn redshirted his 2019 season, and the NCAA's 2020 season was a freebie for every FBS player. That meant he had between 2021 and 2024 for his collegiate eligibility. Obviously, being Toledo's primary quarterback between 2021 and 2023 meant 2024 would be his last year, no matter what. However, injuries limited the redshirt senior to less than four games, which is why he is applying for a medical hardship waiver.

Impact Cameron was a favorite target for Sawyer Robertson this season, as the junior compiled 645 receiving yards and nine touchdowns during the campaign. It's a significant feat considering the other quality receivers on the roster, and with one year of eligibility remaining, staying with the Bears would be sensible as long as Robertson returns to Waco.

Impact Baldwin had a significant drop-off over the previous few games, but bounced back in big way during the last regular season game of his college career. While every Baylor receiver thrived with Sawyer Robertson under center, he would often spread the wealth around, which would result in lower fantasy value for all of them. That didn't happen against Houston, as Baldwin shared the glory with Josh Cameron in the win. Baldwin's 5-9 frame makes him questionable as an NFL prospect, but it's a logical next step as his college career ends after the eventual bowl game.
