Updated May. 28, 2024 3:11 p.m. ET

Week 9 of the UFL season has come and gone, and the final weekend of the regular season is upon us.

In what may have been a preview of the UFL Championship, the San Antonio Brahmas took down the undefeated Birmingham Stallions 18-9 as 6.5-point underdogs. This was the first Stallions loss in 15 games, dating back to last season.

Although there is a week remaining, the playoff matchups have already been set.

On June 8, the Michigan Panthers will play the Birmingham Stallions for the USFL Conference Championship.

Despite suffering their first loss of the season, the Birmingham Stallions' title odds held steady at -145 over the last week. They remain the odds-on favorite to win the championship at the end of the spring football season.

Can the other three teams catch up?

Let's dive into how the UFL title odds moved at FanDuel Sportsbook, with insight from FOX Sports football analyst RJ Young.

UFL CHAMPIONSHIP ODDS: *

Birmingham Stallions: -145 (bet $10 to win $16.90 total)
St. Louis Battlehawks: +360 (bet $10 to win $46 total)
San Antonio Brahmas: +460 (bet $10 to win $56 total)
Michigan Panthers: +900 (bet $10 to win $100 total)

* odds as of 5/28/2024

RJ Young has nothing but praise for the Brahmas after their Week 9 win, moving them up to No. 2 in his power rankings

"The Brahmas became the first team to defeat the Stallions in the UFL this season. With the return of QB Chase Garbers, the run game (219 yards) took the lead in Saturday's win," he wrote.  "Five Brahmas players rushed for 25 yards or more.

"An injury to star tight end Cody Latimer took away Garbers' and Quinten Dormady’s favorite receiving target for the game, but head coach Wade Phillips’ No. 1-ranked scoring defense picked up the slack by stifling a Birmingham offense that was averaging 25.5 points per game this season.

"In what could function as a preview of the UFL Championship Game, the Brahmas took over the No. 1 seed in the XFL Conference with the win — and potentially picked up a psychological advantage over the Stallions if they meet again at The Dome at America’s Center."
