WATCH: Dwyane Wade performs excellent rendition of 'This Is How We Do It'

During Media Day on Monday, Dwyane Wade took a break from interviews to sing and dance.

The veteran guard put on some shades and jewelry and gave an energetic performance to Montell Jordan's 1995 smash hit, "This Is How We Do It."

Singing and dancing were both on point.
