Watch: Blues hit the ice face-first in informal skate

Sometimes even the best skaters are a bit rusty after a summer off the ice. Perhaps that's why a few of the St. Louis Blues -- including Alex Pietrangelo, Robby Fabbri, Petteri Lindbohm and Troy Brouwer -- looked a bit, well, out of shape as they participated in an informal skate on Monday.
The video, was, of course, all in jest, but count the Columbus Blue Jackets as one of the teams that was alarmed by the quality of hockey on display.
There is less than one month until St. Louis's first preseason game. Maybe it's time to bring the skating coach in.
