New York Islanders Daily: Ryan Pulock Will Continue To Grow

The New York Islanders young defenseman Ryan Pulock made his NHL debut last year. He showed flashes of being really good.
In 15 regular season games he had two goals and two assists. He played in six playoff games, missing time due to injury, and scored one goal and two assists.
He had a small role with the Islanders last year but that is expected to grow larger this year. The Islanders actually have pretty solid right handed defenseman in Johnny Boychuk and Travis Hamonic, so Pulock will find himself as a third pair defenseman.

It will be interesting to see how Pulock fairs in his first full season. With any young player there will be ups and downs, but the talent is there without question.
