Chicago Blackhawks play the Nashville Predators for the second consecutive day, and they will be looking for their first victory on the young season, and here are the TV Listings, Predictions and more for Game #3 of this season.

The Chicago Blackhawks have scored first in both of their first two games of the season, and unlike years before during this golden era of Chicago Blackhawks hockey, an early first goal doesn’t guarantee a Blackhawks victory.

Not only have the Chicago Blackhawks led 1-0, but after giving up an answering goal they have led both games 2-1, but they haven’t been able to score consecutive goals this year.  Two goals is all they have scored in both games giving up powerplay goals for the go ahead goal to give St. Louis and Nashville a 3-2 lead that neither team would relinquish.

The Chicago Blackhawks have committed a lot of penalties with some of them very lazy and stupid plays, but they also have been unfortunate that the refs have been trying to even up the penalties, and they refs have made some really questionable calls against Jonathan Toews in both game which have led to momentum shifts

The Hawks do have an injury issue with this years version of Andrew Shaw, Ryan Hartman, being out for some time after getting injured last night.

Last year Jonathan Toews seemed to be getting frustrated early into the season, and he dropped the gloves a couple of time just like he did last night against the Predators.  The only player on the roster that should be dropping his gloves is Jordin Tootoo who did drop them for the first time this season.  Look for him to drop the gloves again if the Hawks continue to struggle on offense.

Of course with all the youth in the lineup, the offense can click at anytime so tonight would be a great time for everything to start clicking for the Chicago Blackhawks.

Here is the start time for tonight’s contest.

I was out of town yesterday, and just got home in time for the game so I didn’t get a predictions post done in time so nothing to look back at.

My Final Score Prediction is that the Chicago Blackhawks will bounce back with a 3-2 win over the Predators with Marian Hossa scoring his 500th career goal.
