Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Happy Thanksgiving

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone out there, and I hope everyone enjoys their holiday!
Before we start talking about another loss on the Circus trip to another quality team, let me once again say Happy Thanksgiving!
We as Chicago Blackhawks fans have a lot to be thankful for especially since June 2010 when the 49 year drought came to an end on that fantastic Patrick Kane goal that no one really saw in real time.
So because we have been blessed with 3 Stanley Cups in the past 7 seasons, we get a little antsy when the Chicago Blackhawks start falling in some real bad habits such as falling behind at the beginning of every game and have to hope they come storming back in the third period.
This road trip has been like a scene out of Ground Hog Day, and after an exhilarating comeback against the Vancouver Canucks, the Hawks just can’t make it all the way back against the quality teams in the Western Conference.
Of course to make matters worse, Jonathan Toews was injured last night in the 2-1 loss to the San Jose Sharks. This is just about a worse case scenario for the Hawks even if it’s just a day-to-day injury for the Captain. The Hawks can’t afford to lose any of their superstar core at this time of the season.
As much as the Hawks faithful has liked the youth of the Blackhawks so far this season, it’s apparent they are quite ready for prime time when they are on the road, so keeping Patrick Kane, Toews, and Duncan Keith healthy is very important.
