Canadiens send D St-Denis to AHL's Hamilton

The Montreal Canadiens assigned defenseman Frederic St-Denis to the American Hockey League's Hamilton Bulldogs on Saturday night.
St-Denis, 26, has played in 52 games for Hamilton this season, recording 28 points with three goals and 25 assists.
He has played 10 games with the Canadiens this season and made his NHL debut Nov. 16 in a 4-0 win over the Carolina Hurricanes. St-Denis scored his first career NHL goal on Dec. 8 in a 4-3 shootout loss to the Vancouver Canucks.
