Bruins reveal pre-game superstitions in premiere of 'Road to Winter Classic'

It's always interesting to hear how NHL players prepare for games and what superstitions they hold, and the Boston Bruins revealed all in the first episode of EPIX "Road to the NHL Winter Classic" on Wednesday night. Matt Beleskey, Zdeno Chara, Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand were among those who opened up about their day-to-day rituals.

Beleskey told the camera he gets dressed left to right and Marchand revealed he sharpens his skates after every period, while goaltender Tuukka Rask claimed he does not have any superstitions as he said it would take his focus away from simply stopping the puck.

None of the Bruins admitted to any weird superstitions, but Chara will have to change up his drive to work on New Years Day when the Bruins face off at Gillette Stadium against the Montreal Canadiens.
