Winslow Jr. takes one last shot on twitter at Cromartie

Published Jun. 11, 2015 4:59 p.m. ET

On Wednesday, current New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie and former Jets tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. had a nice twitter argument with each other. Winslow started out criticizing Cromartie for pretending to be a part of the media and asking teammate Dee Milliner about his status on the roster heading into this season.

Things got personal quickly as Cromartie made a reference to Winslow Jr.'s dad and Winslow Jr. being arrested in a Target parking lot. Winslow responded by asking Cromartie to a fight.

On Thursday, Winslow escalated the twitter spat by getting personal with Cromartie about his history as a father. Cromartie has several children with several different women and Winslow decided to remind Cromartie of that fact.

It will be interesting to see if Cromartie decides to be the bigger man and let this twitter spat die, especially since head coach Todd Bowles told his players on Thursday to think before they do anything on social media.
