DETROIT (AP) New York Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson has left Monday night's game against the Buffalo Bills with a toe injury.
The 6-foot-4, 315-pound Wilkerson is in his fourth NFL season, all with the Jets. He's been a starter throughout his career.
He came into Monday night's game with 4 1/2 sacks after posting 10 1/2 last season. He has not missed a game as a pro.
The Bills and Jets had to play Monday's game in Detroit because of significant snow in the Buffalo area.
