WATCH: Victor Cruz catches a TD pass from Eli Manning in practice

New York Giants fans are hoping that they got a glimpse of what's to come during the 2015 regular season in practice on Sunday. During the course of practice, wide receiver Victor Cruz kicked it up another notch and looked more explosive than he has all offseason.

In one team drill, Cruz beat his defender to back of the endzone before making a toe-dragging touchdown grab in the back corner. Cruz looked as close to his old self as he has all offseason on this play. Check it out here:

There is no timetable for Cruz's return to preseason action, but he admitted last week that he hopes to play in at least one preseason game so he can shake off the rust.
