WATCH: Shane Ray tomahawk chops the ball away from a QB

Philip Sims thought he'd seen the last of Shane Ray when they both left the SEC.

Boy, how wrong the Crimson-Tide-turned-Arizona-Cardinals quarterback was. The two had a bit of a reunion in Thursday night's preseason finale:

Sims made it all happen by holding onto the ball way too long. Ray made him pay for it with a savage sack and strip that put the Broncos offense in immediate scoring position.

Ray looked ready to challenge DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller in extended playing time. And here's the kicker, Broncos fans -- he's still learning the pro game.
