WATCH: Rivers in for 'an emotional day' in potential Qualcomm finale

San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers always wears his emotions right on his sleeve.

He might need that sleeve to wipe away tears if Sunday's game at Qualcomm Stadium is its last-ever NFL one.

Few could blame Rivers if he has to fight back some pregame tears. He's known no other home field -- or fan base -- in 12 professional seasons.

Of course, the best way to pay homage to Qualcomm is to leave it as a winner. Rivers will try his best to do just that.
