Tweet, tweet: Raiders coach Jack Del Rio joins Twitter

ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) Oakland Raiders coach Jack Del Rio wanted to become a bit more modern.

Del Rio started his own Twitter account on Wednesday with the handle: coachdelrio. The first tweet he sent out was a selfie of him and his team.

''Just an opportunity to I guess be a little more current and share a little insight,'' Del Rio said.

Del Rio ended his news conference after Oakland's practice Wednesday by taking a picture of the media and sending that out on his account.
