Turner, Brown out for Panthers vs. Eagles

PHILADELPHIA (AP) Starting right guard Trai Turner and return specialist Philly Brown are inactive for the Carolina Panthers against the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night.

Turner has an ankle injury while Brown has a concussion. Brown is Carolina's primary returner on kicks and punts and has a 79-yard punt return for a touchdown. He also 11 catches for 113 yards. Andrew Norwell is starting for Turner.

Running back DeAngelo Williams returns for the Panthers after missing five games with an ankle injury.

Safety Earl Wolff is a healthy inactive for the Eagles a week after starting because Nate Allen was injured.

Quarterback Nick Foles also is inactive for Philadelphia. He's out indefinitely with a broken collarbone and Mark Sanchez is starting in his place.
