Tim Tebow, Sam Bradford meet again in Philadelphia

Published Apr. 20, 2015 11:11 a.m. ET

Tim Tebow and Sam Bradford are together -- for now -- as Philadelphia Eagles.

The 2007 and 2008 Heisman Trophy winners, respectively, faced each other in 2009 as Oklahoma and Florida met in the BCS National Championship.

And in that Jan. 8, 2009 game, Tebow and the Gators came out on top, downing Bradford and the Sooners, 24-14.

The game was actually the first meeting between the two powers.

Neither Heisman Trophy winner distinguished themself. They combined for four interceptions after throwing eight between them in the entire 2008 regular season.

Tebow was 18-for-30 for 231 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions; Bradford was 26-for-41 for 256 yards, also with two touchdowns and two picks.
