The Chiefs and Saints complete an interior lineman swap

New Orleans shipped former Pro Bowl guard Ben Grubbs to Kansas City before the draft.

Yesterday, the two teams completed a full-on guard swap when the Saints added a former Chiefs veteran.

Essentially, Kansas City traded a fifth-round pick and McGlynn for New Orlean's Grubbs. 

The move to trade Grubbs saved the Saints some precious cap room, but Kansas City upgraded at a position it sorely needed to.
