The amazing story of undrafted free agent Kaleb Eulls

Kaleb Eulls' dream of being selected in the NFL draft may not have come true, but it didn't take long for the New Orleans Saints to sign the defensive tackle from Mississippi State as an undrafted free agent.
Eulls showed some major playmaking ability in college, but something worth talking about before he even touches an NFL field is something he did back when he was 18 years old.
In a story that's brought to us by Mike Triplett of ESPN.com, Eulls helped to protect a bus full of kids from a young girl who pulled a gun. As Triplett explained, "Eulls, who was 18 at the time, tackled a girl who was brandishing a handgun and reportedly threatening to shoot those she accused of teasing her. There were a total of 22 students (from elementary-school age through high-school age) on the 90-minute morning bus ride to school in rural Yazoo County, Mississippi."
ESPN spoke with the young player soon after it happened back in 2009, and he spoke about the situation and what was going through his head as it played out.
"At that point, I really wasn’t worried about my own safety,” Eulls told ESPN at the time. “But as long as I got everybody else to safety, I pretty much just felt good that all her attention was at me.”
