Texans' Wilfork takes on USWNT star Carli Lloyd in kicking contest

If the Houston Texans need an emergency field kicker at any point this season, Vince Wilfork is ready.

At the suggestion of head coach Bill O'Brien, Wilfork took on a U.S. soccer star Carli Lloyd in a kicking competition during practice last week.

Lloyd who scored a hat trick to lead the U.S. to victory in the Women's World Cup final in July, nailed her attempt with ease. Then, the 6-foot-2, 325-pound Wilfork, who appeared slightly taken aback when Lloyd connected on her attempt, gave it shot.

The kicking battle will be featured on Tuesday night's season finale of "Hard Knocks" on HBO.
