Steelers' Moats fined $8,681 for facemask on Manziel

The NFL has fined Steelers linebacker Arthur Moats $8,681 for his vicious facemask penalty against Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel last week.

A fine for Moats was anticipated after he dragged Manziel down to the ground by his facemask, nearly spinning his head around. Manziel was fortunate to only lose a contact lens on the play.

Moats apologized to Manziel via Twitter the following day, and the quarterback accepted.
