Seahawks injury report: Week 7 Seattle at Arizona

Published Jun. 30, 2017 6:28 p.m. ET

Seattle Seahawks injury report: They are heading to Phoenix for week 7 with an almost completely healthy roster. They’ll be without Kam Chancellor, but almost everyone else is back.

At the end of last week’s game against the Falcons, there was worry about DE Michael Bennett. Bennett had left the game after a nasty hit to the lower legs. It seems the worry wasn’t warranted as Bennett practiced every day this week and is ready to go for the game.

On the flip side of that, Kam Chancellor, who missed last week’s game with a groin injury, did not bounce back as quickly as Bennett. Back up safety Kelcie McCray will get the start. McCray seemed to have a few communication issues with the rest of the defense last week. However with a full week practice, one can assume those issues wouldn’t be an problem anymore.

Running back C.J. Prosise is back to football form. Head coach Pete Carroll says Prosise is ready to go but will wear a protective brace on the arm that was broken if he plays. Prosise hasn’t played since week 1 against the Dolphins.

Sticking with good news, Carroll said TE Jimmy Graham is fine and will play on Sunday. Apparently he was just a bit sore after the game on Sunday. Graham has made a huge impact on the offense and it is a big plus to have him healthy.

TE Luke Wilson had knee surgery earlier this week, but Carroll expects him back soon. Apparently Wilson was at the practice facility today and was already walking.

We also now know that DE Frank Clark will play on Sunday. This is great news for fans as you could definitely feel Clark’s absence after Bennett had to leave the game. Having Bennet, Clark, and Cliff Avril all ready for Sunday gives the defensive front that bite that we are all used to.

If I were you, Carson Palmer, I’d start running now.
