Rookie RB Johnson among full participants in Cardinals' practice
Health will not be an issue for the Arizona Cardinals when they visit the Carolina Panthers on Sunday in the NFC Championship Game.
Five players who practiced on a limmited basis Wednesday and Thursday were full participants in Friday's practice for the second-seeded Cardinals and were all listed as probable.
That includes rookie running back David Johnson, who sparked some concern Thursday when Arizona coach Bruce Arians told reporters that he was dealing with a sprained toe.
Johnson was limited to 35 yards on 15 carries in last week's overtime win over the Green Bay Packers and had another quiet performance in the regular-season finale against Seattle, managing only 25 yards on 11 rushes. Johnson ran for a combined 378 yards in his first three starts last month.
The Cardinals will be looking to avenge a 27-16 playoff loss against No. 1. seed Carolina. Down to its third-string quarterback, Arizona was held to an NFL postseason record-low 78 yards by the Panthers.
