The New England Patriots are set to begin their run at back-to-back Super Bowls this week against the Kansas City Chiefs, but star tight end Rob Gronkowski set aside some time to help a young boy in need of support.

Dorian Murray, an 8-year-old boy from Rhode Island, is battling stage 4 cancer, and has been since he was 4. The disease spread to his spine and brain, which led the family to stop his treatment at the turn of the new year.

Gronkowski's visit seemingly brought a ton of joy to Dorian and his family, as seen in these photos posted to Facebook.
