Revis' hamstring is back to full strength

Published Oct. 26, 2010 1:58 a.m. ET

New York Jets star cornerback Darrelle Revis returned to full practice Monday after recovering from a left hamstring injury, The Star-Ledger reported.

Revis spent the Jets’ bye week rehabbing the nagging injury and practiced at full speed Monday, saying afterward he was at "100 percent."

The coverage specialist was sidelined for two games after suffering the injury in the Jets’ Week 2 matchup against the New England Patriots.

Revis managed to suit up and take the field for the next two games prior to the Jets’ bye, but failed to display the full strengths that have made him one of the most respected corners in the NFL.

Jets head coach Rex Ryan confirmed Monday that Revis’ hamstring woes are behind him.

"He was moving around great today," Ryan said. "I think we're going to see Darrelle at 100 percent."

"It's 100 percent, so you all shouldn't ask me about it no more," Revis said. "It's just for me to get back into football, focus on football."

The next test for Revis and his hamstring will be at home against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
