Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, being held without bail while awaiting trial for the June 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, is being sued by the families of two men who were shot and killed in Boston in July 2012, according to The Boston Globe's Ben Volin.

Hernandez is being investigated by police for any possible involvement in that double murder, but he has not been charged.
Earlier in the week, Bristol County Sheriff Tim Hodgson confirmed that Hernandez was involved in a jailhouse altercation with another inmate, for which he received 30 days in isolation.
