Report: Chiefs inquired about return man Josh Cribbs

Josh Cribbs isn’t the dynamic player he used to be.

Reliable veterans are on short supply these days, though. So according to ESPN, the Chiefs were one of three teams to ask about the former Browns Pro Bowler.

Cribbs fizzled out as a return man in his last stop in Indianapolis. He’s a curious candidate for the Chiefs, who already employ De’Anthony Thomas as thier special teams whiz.

It's 2015 and the Kent State product has lost a step. Still, general manager John Dorsey might give Cribbs a call if he needs a veteran voice around his young receivers this summer.
