ASHBURN, Va. (AP) Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed says he has a Grade 3 sprain of the AC joint in his left shoulder.

Reed did not practice Monday and is taking it day by day and not ruling himself out to play Sunday at the Arizona Cardinals. He injured his shoulder in the Redskins' 31-26 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving and had an MRI Friday.

The 26-year-old leads Washington with 59 catches and has 630 receiving yards and five touchdowns this season despite missing two games with a concussion.

Reed said he had difficulty sleeping and getting dressed and that he was dealing with a lot of discomfort.

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson, who tweaked his sore left shoulder in practice, says he continues to manage the rotator cuff injury with rest and treatment.
