Ravens OG Chester hospitalized with skin infection

Published Nov. 19, 2010 3:15 p.m. ET

Baltimore Ravens offensive guard Chris Chester has been hospitalized due to a skin infection.

Coach John Harbaugh says the starting right guard didn't practice Friday, but is hopeful Chester will be able to play on Sunday.

If Chester is out, the Ravens could go with Tony Moll at right guard. They could also shift Marshal Yanda to right guard from tackle and insert Oniel Cousins into the lineup at right tackle.

Harbaugh says the infection is not serious, but was causing a lot of pain.
