Raiders break three-day minicamp as a healthy team

Derek Carr is back and 'over 100 percent.' Defensive starters Dan Williams and Sio Moore were able to work, too.

The Raiders -- knock on wood -- are a fairly healthy unit as they break their three-day minicamp session in Alameda, Calif.

“I’ll tell you that when we arrive at training camp, anybody that can go, will go, and if there’s anybody that can’t go, they won’t,” new head coach Jack Del Rio told ESPN.

It should be all hands on deck for Del Rio this summer, though. Only starting safety Nate Allen missed multiple minicamp days.

Del Rio wouldn't comment on Allen's status. But he has to be happy with players like Carr and Moore, who rehabbed their way back from injury this offseason.
