Poll: 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick most disliked player in NFL


San Francisco 49rs quarterback Colin Kaepernick was voted the NFL's most disliked player, according to a recent poll conducted by E-Poll Marketing Research.
The poll asked 1,100 Americans which of more than 350 NFL players they disliked the most.
Kaepernick was "disliked a lot" by 29 percent of those surveyed. The last time the poll was taken in 2014, in August 2014, Kaepernick was only "disliked a lot" by 6% percent of those polled.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston (22 percent), Miami Dolphins defensive end Ndamukong Suh (21 percent), New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady (13 percent) and Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (10 percent) finished behind Kaepernick.
Kaepernick has made headlines recently after he refused to stand for the playing of the national anthem, citing racial injustices in the United States.
Although the poll said that Kaepernick is disliked, he has gotten support from those in the NFL and other sports leagues.
According to the poll, Kaepernick was liked by 42 percent among African-Americans that were polled.
