SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle Seahawks starting left tackle Duane Brown and backup running back Rashaad Penny are both active as expected for Thursday’s matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.

Brown had been listed as questionable with a biceps strain, while Penny had missed the past two games with a hamstring injury. Penny’s only career 100-yard game came last season against the Rams.

Seattle also scratched first-round pick L.J. Collier and second-rounder Marquise Blair.

The Rams were without linebacker Bryce Hager due to a shoulder injury and rookie safety Taylor Rapp because of an ankle injury.
