Patriots' Kraft reveling in Ravens' tough start
The Ravens are 0-3 for the first time under John Harbaugh, and their rivals in New England have certainly taken notice.
Patriots president Jonathan Kraft seemed to take pleasure in the fact that the Ravens were 0-2 entering Sunday's action. "It’s too bad about Baltimore, isn’t it?” Kraft said with his tongue planted firmly in cheek to Marc Bertrand on 98.5 The Sports Hub Sunday morning. "It’s really too bad about Baltimore.”
Kraft laid it on a little thicker when asked if some Deflategate karma might be playing a role in Baltimore's misfortune.
“That has nothing to do with it,” he said. “The Ravens are sweethearts. John Harbaugh, he’s a sweetheart.”
Kraft's levels of schadenfreude likely took a bigger jump when Harbaugh and the Ravens fell to 0-3 Sunday while his team thrashed the Jaguars 51-17.
