Packers WR James Jones inactive vs. Browns

Packers receiver James Jones is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns with a knee injury.
Jones hurt the knee in last week's win over the Ravens. Green Bay also lost Randall Cobb in that game to a leg injury. Cobb was placed on injured reserve this week but could return later this season.
The banged-up Packers did get some good news with outside linebacker Mike Neal active. Neal had missed practice this week with a bruised shoulder.
Neal is starting for pass-rushing specialist Clay Matthews, who's expected to be out a couple more weeks with an injured thumb.
For the Browns, outside linebacker Jabaal Sheard is active after missing three games with a sprained left knee. Sheard's return will allow Cleveland to use rookie Barkevious Mingo mostly on passing downs.
The Browns' inactives are linebacker Brandon Magee; tight end Keavon Milton; defensive lineman Billy Winn; and offensive linemen Patrick Lewis, Martin Wallace and Garrett Gilkey.
Also for the Packers, Jamari Lattimore will start a second straight week at inside linebacker for Brad Jones, who is inactive with a sore hamstring. Andy Mulumba gets the start on the outside opposite Neal for Nick Perry, out for a few weeks with an injured foot.
Green Bay's other inactives are cornerback Casey Hayward, running back James Starks and tight end Ryan Taylor.
