The early odds for Week 6 of the 2016 NFL season schedule are out.

Week 5 of the 2016 NFL season is 90 percent in the books, and once again NFL fans have seen some great games along with several upsets. However, the top story of the day was the return of New England quarterback Tom Brady.

Fans wondered if Brady, who hasn’t practiced or taken one snap with the team during his suspension, would look rusty. That question was answered early – and often!

Brady shredded the Browns defense by throwing for 406 yards and three touchdowns in New England’s 33-13 win. No one was happier after the game than Brady, who doesn’t want to hear any more talk about “Deflategate.” While he may insist that he isn’t out for any type of revenge, you have to imagine that Brady wants to stick it to everyone he can for doubting his abilities.

”I’m back doing what I love to do,” he said. “This isn’t a time for me to reflect, there’s no point at looking back at anything. Whether we won Super Bowls or lost championship games or the last four weeks, none of it matters. I’ve just moved on, man.”

For Brady to look as sharp as he did after not taking a snap in live action in over a month just shows that the Patriots are still going to be the class of the AFC East.

In other action, the Philadelphia Eagles fumbled away a chance to start the season 4-0, losing to the Detroit Lions, 24-23.

Also falling from the ranks of the unbeaten were the Denver Broncos. Denver looked a bit flat on offense with Paxton Lynch making his first career start at quarterback. The Broncos were held to under 300 total yards and were never really in the game until a late fourth quarter push, but they fell short in the end at 23-16.

Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan once again played great. He threw for 267 yards and a touchdown, but more importantly, zero interceptions. Atlanta improved to 4-1 on the season.

It’s time to put Week 5 behind us and look forward to Week 6.
