NFL senior vice president of officiating Dean Blandino is used to ruling on bang-bang plays that take place during an NFL game.
But Blandino took some time to weigh in on a young child playing football with a fluffy white dog, which forces the child to fumble the ball during an adorable sequence.
Blandino says it was a catch -- we never can tell anymore in the NFL -- after the boy turns up field. Looks like the dog has perfect form on the open-field tackle, and Blandino rules a clear recovery.
