New York Giants linemen recall unexpected Super Bowl XLII gift from Robert De Niro

It took three road playoffs wins, David Tyree's "Helmet Catch," a furious pass rush and more for the 12-point underdog New York Giants to topple the undefeated 18-0 New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII.
Fans in New York and New Jersey were beaming proud, including New York City native Robert De Niro, who surprised a group of 20 Giants when they were out to dinner the Thursday after the epic February 2008 victory.
