The New York Giants will be hosting the New Orleans Saints in a Week 2 matchup that should see a lot of scoring. The Giants and Saints faced off last season in the Superdome, as the Saints won the shootout 52-49. Big Blue will look to exact some revenge this time around on their home field.
The Giants come into the game off a victory in Week 1 against their NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys, winning 20-19 at AT&T Stadium. The Saints will come into MetLife with a record of 0-1, losing their home opener to the Oakland Raiders.
Anyone that is a fan of offense should tune into this game, as the Giants and Saints both have explosive ones. The Giants have an extremely talented group of skill position players led by their three-headed monster at wide receiver; Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard, and Victor Cruz.
Any offense led by Drew Brees can explode on any given afternoon, so the Giants secondary will have to be ready. Last season there was 12 touchdown passes thrown combined by Brees and Eli Manning; will we see a repeat of that aerial attack?

This has the makings of another exciting game, as both teams have offenses that will turn some heads. Will the Giants new-look defense be able to slow down Brees and the Saints enough to move to 2-0 on the season? Or will Brees shake some of his road woes and defeat the Giants for the sixth time in his career?
Whichever defense can step up will give their team a distinctive edge this afternoon. The Giants are facing some question marks with Jason Pierre-Paul and Olivier Vernon banged up, while the Saints will be missing multiple starters on defense as well, including top cornerback Delvin Breaux.
Whichever team can overcome their shortcomings on that side of the ball should have the edge in the game. But, the offenses will still be the focus as both teams can light up the scoreboard with ease in what should be a high scoring affair.
