McCluster, Lilja out for Chiefs

Kansas City wide receiver Dexter McCluster and right guard Ryan Lilja are on the inactive list for the Chiefs game against the Buffalo Bills.

Lilja has a hand injury, while McCluster hurt his ankle last week against Jacksonville.

Among the Bills inactives are cornerback Terrence McGee and tackle Cornell Green, starters who also missed last week with knee injuries.
