McCarthy considers both Eddie Lacy and James Starks as 'No. 1' RBs

The Green Bay Packers have two solid running backs in Eddie Lacy and James Starks. Together, they've helped the Packers post the eighth best rushing attack in the NFL this season (120.8 yards per game).
Packers head coach Mike McCarthy sees both Lacy and Starks as "No. 1" backs.
Via the Packers' official Twitter account:
Statistically, Lacy and Starks have experienced similar success this season. Lacy has provided more yardage on the ground (641 to 515), while Starks has been the more effective pass-catcher (369 to 153). Although Lacy might be a more dynamic ball-carrier, Starks has been more consistent.
This trade-off between Lacy and Starks gives Green Bay a great one-two punch at the running back position. After a 230-yard rushing performance in Week 14, the Packers will continue to ride both of these backs down the stretch.
