Marshall, Decker make Jets history with 1,000-yard seasons

If there was any doubt that Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker were one of the best wide receiver duos in the league, it's probably subsided after yet another great performance Sunday. With it, they made history yet again for the New York Jets -- their first season together.
Eric Decker found the end zone for the 12th time this season, beating the Buffalo Bills' secondary for 21 yards.
The reception put Decker over the 1,000-yard mark for the third time in his career. And more importantly, he and Marshall -- who reached 1,000 yards earlier in the year -- became the first Jets wide receiver duo to record 1,000 yards each in the same season since 1998 when Keyshawn Johnson and Wayne Chrebet did it.
They've likely solidified their spot as the best wide receiver duo in Jets history -- for one season, at least. They're a fun pair to watch, and they'll look to top their incredible season in 2016.
Brandon Marshall already got in, so you knew it was only a matter of time before Eric Decker got his. #NYJvsBUF https://t.co/v2VXxGH7vr
