Katie Nolan answers all your sexist questions about Bills' QC coach

The Buffalo Bills caused a stir last week by hiring Kathryn Smith as a special teams quality control coach. It marks the first time a woman has held a full-time coaching role with an NFL team.
That didn't sit well with some folks, like Cleveland sports radio host Kevin Kiley.
"Women are intellectual, smarter, more clever. They're intellectual beings. They have to be in order to overcome the physical advantage of men. Football is about physical advantage. She couldn't possibly be qualified to the same level that a man could be qualified to (coach football)," Kiley said of the hire.
Plenty of people have shouted down the blatant meatheads, but there's another group out there that likes to play it a little safer with their sexism (and may not even realize it).
They ask things like "Is she even qualified?" and "What if they are just hiring her for good publiicity?" and "Why can't I criticize her?"
And then they get thoroughly and deservedly mocked.
"Garbage Time" host Katie Nolan wants to break the cycle, maybe save a few of those well-meaning dudes (who just happen to be super-passionate about special teams quality control and totally know what that is) from themselves. So she's actually answering all their questions in the video above.
So enjoy. And watch more of Katie's awesome videos here.
