Julio Jones: 'I'm every position now' in the new offense

Expect to see Julio Jones lined up, well, pretty much everywhere in 2015 it seems. According to Vaughn McClure of ESPN, new offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan's new scheme is going to have Jones lined up all over the field, something that he's completely fine with.

"I'm every position now," Jones told ESPN. "Every position: the F, the Z, the Y, the [X] ... every formation, you've got to know everything."

While it's fully expected that the Falcons will run the ball more in 2015 under Shanahan, the fact that Jones could be lining up in situations where he has major advantages is something worth noting. In fact, it could lead to even more big plays and potentially even more touchdowns for the receiver in 2015.

However this new offense in Atlanta plays out, we're all excited to see how it works with playmakers like Jones, Matt Ryan, Roddy White, Devonta Freeman and even rookies Tevin Coleman and Justin Hardy, just to name a few.
