Johnny Manziel caught partying hours after legal troubles worsened

Johnny Manziel apparently just can't help himself when it comes to partying. TMZ Sports reported Sunday that the Cleveland Browns quarterback was caught living it up at a Miami nightclub hours after his domestic violence case was sent to a grand jury.
According to the outlet, Manziel was seen drinking from what looked like a champagne bottle at Story nightclub in Miami. He is accused by ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley of hitting her and threatening to kill her during a night out on Jan. 30.

This latest sighting can't help Manziel's standing with the Browns. New Browns head coach Hue Jackson said earlier this month that his behavior "won't be tolerated."
"I think we all know and understand that we made a statement two weeks ago about Johnny Manziel and I'm going to stand by that, and I think his future on our team will be addressed here pretty soon.
"But let me say this: I think it's really important, that obviously there were some people involved in this situation that happened, and I feel very bad about those things as they do happen. But I want to make sure we all understand that that behavior will not be tolerated. That's all I want to say about it. I want to leave it at that. Our organization is going to take a stand, and we're going to move on from those kind of situations as we move forward."
The Browns are expected to release Manziel when the league year begins March 9.
