Jets C Nick Mangold replaces Dolphins' Mike Pouncey on Pro Bowl roster
The New York Jets are sending another player to Hawaii for the Pro Bowl later this month. The team announced on Thursday that center Nick Mangold has been named to his seventh career Pro Bowl, replacing Mike Pouncey of the Miami Dolphins.

Mangold was surprisingly left off the roster last month but has been a consistent starter at center for the Jets. He played through injuries this season and was forced to miss just one game, the fourth of his 10-year career.
Pouncey injured his foot late in the year and missed the final two games, so he won't try to play through the ailment in Hawaii. Both AFC East centers had outstanding seasons, it's just a matter of Mangold being the healthier of the two at this point.
