Jameis Winston gives exceptional motivational speech

Jameis Winston took some time before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicked off their rookie minicamp last week to head back to his home state of Alabama. The reason for the trip was to speak to a group of middle school students at Ossie Ware Mitchell Middle School in Birmingham.
The result? Well, it was simply amazing.
Winston not only talked about the importance of a good education, but also about self-confidence and integrity. Frank Schwab from Yahoo Sports had the story, explaining that "Most of the speech, as reported by AL.com, centered around encouraging the students to be proud of getting good grades and having the self confidence to achieve whatever they wanted."
Schwab had a few of the great quotes from Winston here:
"Everybody in here is smart. I don't want you to tell yourself, 'Shoot, I'm not smarter than him.'"
"As long as you are smart. As long as you abide by the rules, you can do anything that you put your mind to,'' he said. "...Tell yourself you are smart. When you tell yourself you're smart, when you tell yourself something over and over again, it becomes a reality."
"You have something unique about you. You can do anything you put your mind to," Winston said.
We know that Winston can command the attention of those in a huddle and inspire his teammates on the football field, but after seeing this, it shows that he's capable of being a leader off the field as well. Check out a short clip of the speech below, from AL.com.
