Irsay challenges Colts after 2 blowouts in 3 weeks

Colts owner Jim Irsay issued a wake-up call to his team Tuesday.
In a series of Twitter posts, he called on Indianapolis to find a way to win the division title, accentuate the team's strengths, limit the weaknesses and ''get our heads out of r butts-WAKE UP!''
The comments came two days after the Colts lost 40-11 at Arizona. Two weeks earlier, St. Louis handed Indy its worst home loss in two decades, 38-8.
Indy (7-4) has gone 26 consecutive games without back-to-back losses and has a two-game lead in the AFC South. A win Sunday over Tennessee (5-6) would virtually seal the title.
Irsay spent nearly $140 million in free agency and has not liked the recent results. Irsay has criticized his team on Twitter two other times this season.
