That’s quite the injury report for the Raiders, with Washington, Kirkland, Riley and Amerson all being players who are have fairly significant contributions this season.

Perry Riley was been a standout at the position since being signed off the street in early October. While Amerson has been a revelation since signing with the Raiders in September of 2015. Both players will be severely missed against Carolina.

Denver Kirkland has also made a notable impact in recent weeks, thriving as the team’s sixth offensive lineman. He’s really come on strong after an up and down beginning to his career in Silver & Black.

DeAndre Washington is a healthy scratch, which is quite telling. He’s fallen out of favor in recent weeks, with Jalen Richard taking over as Oakland’s No. 2 back.

Here are the inactives for the Panthers:

The Panthers are banged up heading into this matchup, with two players who are amongst the best of their position missing this game.

Luke Kuechly is the best linebacker in the NFL. Period. So his absence is a tough loss for the Panthers, but a huge break for the Raiders.

Ryan Kalil is a perennial Pro Bowler and a multiple time All-Pro, and his loss is another big one for Carolina.

Vernon Butler is a quality rookie who is also inactive, and Carolina’s sack leader, Mario Addison, will also miss the game.
