Harvin has migraine attack at practice

Published Aug. 19, 2010 1:00 a.m. ET

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin has been taken to a hospital by ambulance after passing out at the beginning of practice.

Coach Brad Childress says Harvin was able to speak, but was disoriented for a few minutes after he passed out at Thursday's practice. Childress says Harvin may have had a migraine headache attack, and he was taken to an unspecified hospital.

Harvin has suffered from migraines all his life and missed most of training camp this season.
